Tiffany Ferlmann; ?>

Tiffany Ferlmann

With a background in dance and softball, working in a Nautilus rehabilitation clinic and chiropractic office, and rearing three athletic children, it might seem an obvious choice that Tiffany would own and coach a CrossFit gym. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. She truly reveled in motherhood. Between responsibilities as the team mom, volunteering for several charities, and helping her husband, she lost sight of her own fitness.

That’s when a cousin introduced Tiffany to CrossFit. She will tell you that when they put a barbell in her hands and she did her first deadlift, she had never felt so empowered. It was a defining moment. It led her to achieve her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate.

Having grown up in natural health care, Tiffany believes in the words of Dr. Daniel Palmer, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

Sutton Burnard; ?>

Sutton Burnard

Coach Sutton grew up with an active lifestyle. He was involved in numerous sports, and also enjoyed hiking, camping, and fishing. He excelled in Track & Field and Football. He looked forward to playing football in college until an injury during his senior season took that away from him.

A few years later, in 2012, Coach Sutton found CrossFit and felt at home. He quickly became a coach at a gym in California, but life brought him to Winter Garden, Florida, where he began coaching at Crossfit Iron Shamrock. Here he met his beautiful wife, who happens to be another coach at Iron Shamrock. They are happy to have been able to coach together over the past two years.

Coach Sutton recently earned his Level 2 certification. He loves how the sport of fitness is constantly changing and growing, and it excites him to be able to continue to expand his knowledge and share with the Crossfit Iron Shamrock community.

Abigail Burnard; ?>

Abigail Burnard

Abby is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer who has always had a love for fitness and teaching others. She has grown up an athlete, excelling in Golf, Track & Field, and Basketball, while competing in numerous State Finals.

Having grown up playing sports, Abby knows what it is like to live a healthy (and fun) lifestyle. In 2014 her mother, Tiffany Ferlmann, introduced her to CrossFit, and soon after became one of our CrossFit coaches. She loves the sport of fitness which is forever changing and new.

Abby has had some serious injuries between her years in sports and from a motor vehicle accident. She knows what it’s like to have to sit out, be patient, and start over. Her injuries spurred her interest to learn more about the body and what it is capable of, injured and or healthy. It’s her goal to help those who want to be better than who they were the day before and to always grow.

Conor Floyd; ?>

Conor Floyd

Growing up as a competitive wakeboarder and schoolboy rugby player, Coach Conor always had a passion for athlete progression and competition. His mindset switched, however, after undergoing knee surgery in September 2016, due to a ruptured ACL; he went from being competitive, to taking a step back to reflect and improve on long-term health and become more knowledgeable of injury prevention in the future. Spending 9 months in physical therapy, not being able to compete or train as consistently as he would have liked, he found a documentary called ‘The Fittest on Earth’ which was the catalyst for his movement from rugby player to Cross fitter. It wasn’t until 2017, however, where he would start his journey and join his local box in the UK, CrossFit White Noise now known as CrossFit Heathrow.

Coach Conor moved with his family from the UK to Winter Garden in 2018 and became a member of the Iron Shamrock family, where he took part in his first CrossFit open. He has progressed into a better athlete and a more well-rounded human. He became a certified CrossFit Level 1 coach in January 2019 and has become a consistent friendly face to see on a Saturday morning. Come out and enjoy a morning workout with good people and an even better old-school rock playlist!

Lou Bisono; ?>

Lou Bisono

Luis, otherwise known as Lou around the box, started his Crossfit journey in 2013 while studying biomedical sciences and business. Over the next several years, Lou was introduced to a variety of coaching and programming styles by visiting and joining Crossfit boxes and fitness programs across the world.

In his free time, this Renaissance man constantly seeks to further his understanding of complete health by not only studying the physical body, but also philosophies, religions, and all cultures in an attempt to better serve himself and our clients. His outlook in life is “Temet Nosce”, or “Know Thyself”. Lou believes the key to getting what we want is knowing who we are!

After years of diverse training, Lou decided to get his Level 1 certification and dedicate himself to working as a coach to impart the knowledge has learned as a way of giving back to the community. His goal, besides teaching the proper mechanics of how to move our body to stay safe in workouts, is imploring us to practice patience with ourselves. In doing so we make room to celebrate where we are right now in our unique fitness journey.

In short, his commitment to the wellbeing of others paired with a well-rounded education makes him an invaluable asset to our team!
